Godfrey Okoye Group of Institutions goes on Break in Compliance with Federal Government’s Directives

The Vice Chancellor and Director of Godfrey Okoye University Group of Institutions, Rev. Fr. Prof. Christian Anieke directed all students and pupils of Godfrey Okoye Group of Institutions to go on break with immediate effect amid the Coronavirus pandemic and in compliance to the federal government’s directives.
Prof. Anieke stated this at the common midday prayer held on the 23rd of March, 2020 with staff and students at the Goodluck Ebele Jonathan Convocation Arena, Thinkers’ Corner, Enugu on the
Godfrey Okoye group of institutions include Godfrey Okoye University, the Institute of Ecumenical Education and the Godfrey Okoye Nursery, Primary and Secondary School.
The Vice Chancellor made the announcement as part of precautionary measures to stop any spread of the virus and in adherence to social distancing.
Students and pupils will resume back to school on any stipulated date that would be communicated to them.
